Visa Requirements
Note: All documents can be submitted via WhatsApp
- Bank statement for the last 6 months (in English).
- Personal photo (4×6 cm) with a white background.
- Passport copy (PDF format).
- Travel health insurance (passport safety insurance is sufficient).
- Employment letter stamped by the employer, including salary details (in English).
- Armenia invitation letter (issued by the company).
- Hotel and flight reservation (issued by the company).
- Copies of any previous visas, if available.
Visa Exemptions
If you hold a valid visa for any of the following countries, only a passport copy and personal photo are required:

Alternatively, if you hold a valid residence permit in any of the following countries, only a passport copy and personal photo are required:

Group Tours

Individual Tours
- Minimum of 2 travelers.
- Prices increase by EGP 1,000 per person due to higher transportation costs.
- Individual departures operate every Thursday from June 25 until mid-September, with direct flights from Cairo Airport to Yerevan Airport.
- Individual travelers enjoy the same services and optional excursions as group tours, with the only difference being that they join the tour bus from a designated meeting point.

Booking & Payment
- A booking deposit of EGP 10,000 per person is required.
- After visa issuance, the remaining balance can be paid in installments.
- Full payment must be completed at least 21 working days before departure.
Important Note: The company reserves the right to reject certain passport applications without providing reasons, based on internal assessments regarding the traveler's tourism intentions.
Cancellation Policy
- 60 to 46 Days Before Departure:
- Visa fee deduction.
- Administrative fee of EGP 1,000.
- 45 to 31 Days Before Departure:
- Visa fee deduction.
- Cancellation penalty of EGP 3,000.
- 30 Days Before Departure:
- Visa fee deduction.
- Cancellation penalty of EGP 5,000.
- 21 Days Before Departure:
- No refund will be issued for any paid amounts.

1. Yerevan City Tour
Begin your journey with a tour of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia and one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities. Known as the "Pink City" due to the volcanic tuff stone used throughout its architecture.
